Sinclair is hiring Eisner's company to develop scripted shows for first run syndication. They'd obviously clear in markets where Sinclair owns stations and i could see them clearing in markets where Sinclair doesn't compete with the local station owners.

Sinclair is certainly trying to leverage its assets to be more than just a TV Station owner.

He WAS the chairman of Disney...I've been fully aware of the man since the mid-80s, when he hosted the Disney Sunday Movie on ABC.
