Michelle "Do You Know Who I am " McPhee's Drunk Driving Case Status?

Anyone know the status of Michelle McPhee's drunk driving/ kicking State Policeman's case. She said the facts would soon come out that would clear her.

All I hear in the sound of silence.............
 
Her next court hearing is next month..maybe she'll mention
it then, or try for a plea deal.The assault charge is
pretty major,though.
 
It was all a false flag to get noticed..listeners tuned in the next day. Who has a mug shot like she did next to some guy..maybe her lawyer, maybe a cop. She is in bed with the Boston Police.. right..

I think you may want to turn off Alex Jones for a while.

You have lost your mind if you think this was some sort of publicity stunt. She was arrested by the Massachusetts State Police for DWI, Resisting Arrest and Assult and Battery on a Police Officer. She was booked at the State Police Barracks in South Boston posted bail and was arrainged on the charges the following morning in South Boston District Court. She has lost her license for 90 days for refusing the brethalyzer. She is due back in Court for a pretrial motion in August. If you think the Massachusetts State Police, The Trial Court and the Suffolk County District Attorneys Office would particiapte in some sort of hoax you are quite simply insane.

BTW, my brother was the Supervising Sgt that night he was second on the scene and was part of her arrest.

Don't you understand that Michelle "Don't You Know Who I Am " McPhee is a CONSERVATIVE Talk Host and they are exempt from all the laws to which the rest of us have to abide. Can you imagine that if that had happened to a Margery Clapprood when she was still doing talk radio that McPhee and Howie Carr and the Foreigner with the HARD "G"... I'll think of his name some time - would have crucified her. But this is a CONSERVATIVE DRUNK so she gets a free ride... no pun intended ... by the conservative media. Hope they throw the book at this DRUNK DRIVER before she kills someone or herself. She is one angry right winger! Maybe she isn't getting enough air in the closet.

Thankfully liberals like Ted Kennedy got the book thrown at them for things like the Chappaquiddick incident. (That being said yeah Howie is still giving a good leaving alone to Michele's situation...)

In this case, yes. Also the McPhee situation doesn't alter how much time I spend listening to her. It's the same as before.

Ted has rightly said so. If you are rich and affluent person, the law is going to treat you differently. My cousin works with a DUI lawyer and often tells me how rich people, law makers and celebrities are treated differently than original citizens who have to bear the grunt of law.

This is one time you won't hear me defend Howie.Both
he and Michele would gladly do a story on a public
figure being hypocritical or having a do-you-know
who I am moment.Lately my job has prevented me
hearing much of Howie's show but it sounded at
the time like he gave it a good leaving-alone.He
has worked with her before and not long before
she got hired by MEX,she would call in to his
show...and indeed was his regular fill in for
a time.That friendship continues even though
she now is on opposite him.

She may dodge some of the charges but not all.
Her friends in law enforcement are probably
upset at her behavior and the special-treatment
she wanted and Howie indeed was hypocritical
for ignoring it..

If you didn't read about it Bob, I guess that means it never happened?

McPhee is being represented by high priced Attorney Jack Diamond who specializes in OUI defense.

For a sample of what some LEO's think of McPhee, go MASSCOPS.COM. It is a discussion board for and about law enforcement. The majority of members are local police officers. You do not need to be a LEO to read the posts and you are not required to register.

Put Michele McPhee in the search bar at the top right of the page and two McPhee threads about her arrest come up.

You just made a compelling case as to why Howie should NOT diss Michele; they are friends!

Why is that so hard to understand?
 
Good point there, though Howie tries to go after hypocrisy--the "do you know who I am?" folks , and here someone similar to him has a
situation of her own but his friendship and working relationship with her and maybe similar political views means he didn't go after her,
and thus he is accused of hypocrisy. Having similar political views doesn't keep Howie from criticizing someone though...he did go after
Rush during the "doctor shopping" (for oxys) mess.
 
Anyone know the status of Michelle McPhee's - Right-Wing Talk Jockette - who was arrested this spring for DWI and punching out a State Cop. She also pulled a " don't you know who I am ! "
