Day & Date is going to be turning 20 on September 11, 2015, so I would like to give you the Group W/CBS stations that aired Day & Date during it's syndication run.

New York: WCBS 2 (CBS)
Los Angeles: KCBS 2 (CBS)
Chicago: WBBM 2 (CBS)
Philadelphia: KYW 3 (Group W/CBS)
San Francisco: KPIX 5 (Group W/CBS)
Boston: WBZ 4 (Group W/CBS)
Detroit: WWJ 62 (CBS)
Minneapolis: WCCO 4 (CBS)
Miami: WFOR 4 (CBS)
Denver: KCNC 4 (CBS)
Pittsburgh: KDKA 2 (Group W/CBS)
Baltimore: WJZ 13 (Group W/CBS)
Salt Lake City: KUTV 2 (CBS)
Providence: WPRI 12 (CBS)
Green Bay: WFRV 5 (CBS)

KSTW-11 Tacoma also aired Day & Date, during its short-lived run with CBS. I wonder if this was a CBS-affiliate only show.

No, it wasn't. It aired on Paducah, KY NBC affiliate WPSD. I was a student at nearby Murray State University when it premiered.

It also aired on WTVF Nashville, which also was carried by the local cable co. There was a lot of crossover between the two markets, in terms of syndicated programming, but neither market seemed interested in enforcing syndex.

Murray is far enough from Paducah that stations really didn't care about enforcing it.
