Dickey Brothers Out @ Cumulus

I'm honestly shocked I haven't seen any thread started on this board regarding this topic. Amazing how dead this board has gotten post shut down.

Huge changes taking place at the upper levels at Cumulus and I'm confident we will see some of this trickle down between the Cumulus radio stations here in Atlanta. Curious on thoughts of where we will see change and what that change could be.

They're stuck between the rock and the hard place. They're the employer of last resort, no one wants to work for them. The new CEO has to change this, but how does she change it with her current employees (with a very few notable exceptions)? Bankrupt it,liquidate the assets, and see who picks up what. One size (obviously) doesn't fit all.

Surely it ain't the startout strategy.... but they're currently on the cuff for more than it's worth, and it ain't making money. Which means the 'equity' is pretty much zilch. The question is, will the note holders stand still for the cost of the bloodbath that's needed, plus the cost of competent hires?
