WBEN weather

Accu Weather is no longer giving the weather forecasts on WBEN. Starting today I have heard Andy Parker's Channel 7 First Alert forecast. I wonder if Channel 7 will be available at the top of every hour during storms for live interviews like Accu Weather was?

I realize that weather can change during the day, but if the forecast at 7am says that the high is 60, and at 7am it is 65, wouldn't a Channel 7 Meteorologist make appropriate adjustments? Even television isn't a newspaper. At 5pm it was 64. I wonder if we were every below 64 yet today...

Anymore thoughts on this? Sounds like a cover-up of some kind.

Our friends from AccuWeather are back on the air today, although the news folks are still calling it the 7 First Alert Forecast. Maybe Channel 7 only operates Monday through Friday, but advertise on the weekends as well? Well I'm not sure who's paying who, but at least we know who we can count on in the event of a major storm.
