I think Dick Biondi is a point in his life/his career where he enjoys his job and values his relationship with his audience too much to do that. Also he's outlasted most of his bosses. The good ones as well as the idiots.

Good point. To be on the radio as long as he has Dick Biondi truly loves what he does. A younger Biondi back in the 60s would've had something to say to his bosses about a situation he didn't like.
