WZAX 99.3 is losing its mind

I flipped to it and it was a playing a R&B funk song, lol. Then it went into GNR Welcome to the jungle and ended after 20 seconds. Then started back up again. After that it played Bad to the bone which was played 2 songs ago. What a poorly run station
 
I'm guessing "Rock City" is just a jock-in-a-box computer in a corner closet. Wonder if anyone in the building is actually listening to it?
