107.1 blocked out by KXTN

It seems like 107.1 is being blocked by 107.5 KXTN's transmitter. It's been like that off and on for a couple days. But now I can't hear 107.1 at all when yesterday I heard it slightly.
This is gonna sound funny but KXTN also seems to be on 106.9 with a humming noise. I'm guessing their transmitter is malfunctioning.

Guess I'll have to check that out once I'm in San Antonio for the new year. Hey Mouse, er....guy from Parts Unknown, can you remember when KRIO (now KTFM) used to bleed clear down to 93-7 & up to 94-5? It's been several years ago now, but that was one of the more glaring perpetrators of sideband interference back then.
