1490 WSTP/Salisbury Kaput?

Ever since January 1, they have been simulcasting classic hits 1280 WSAT. This still appears to be the case as of today, listen in:

I hope not. The plan is to simulcast WSAT on WTIX 1410. The country music isn't ideal but it's all I would have at night.

Now why didn't I think of this earlier? Just turn it on and see what's there. WSTP is still "Carolina Country".

I hope not. The plan is to simulcast WSAT on WTIX 1410.

Official station IDs say this is happening.

I saw the WSTP letters on the WSAT building when I drove by for the first time since WSTP went off the air. The plan is for WSTP to come back as Spanish, I was told, If that doesn't work out, then the letters will be taken down.
