By being an insider, either at a radio station or an advertising agency that pays for the complete ratings, or, I suppose, by knowing an insider with loose lips.

This is a very good radio station. I enjoy the music they play on this station. I do actually miss the bumpers that were used when it was a CBS Station. I wish the classic hits station in Philly played the music selection of this station. They are still playing 2-3 60s song an hour and only 3-4 80s songs an hour. They seem to be dragging their feet with the progression of the other classic hits stations across the country.
