The X-Files heads to MyNetworkTV

Twentieth Television and the Fox Television Stations have announced the addition of Chris Carter’s original The X-Files series to the MyNetworkTV programming lineup this fall.

Two episodes from previously aired seasons of The X-Files will air on a yet-to-be announced weeknight on MyNetworkTV. Additionally, the program starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson is cleared for weekend syndication on the Fox Television Stations.

Here's an idea for My Network TV: Make a deal with Hulu and/or Netflix and broadcast all thier original shows on TV?

Hulu or Netflix wouldn't go along with that idea. Their business model depends on the online access being pure.
