I found that chart here.
C is what I wanted, the electrical height of the entire tower, but one degree seems a bit short?
That would make the tower about half 288/360 meters tall or less than my height.

The overall tower height is 227 meters. According to §73.160, the "A" dimension for sectionalized towers is the height of the lower section of the tower, in electrical degrees. The FCC table shows an A dimension of 120 degrees, which for 1040 kHz converts to 96 meters. So the top section would be 227-96 = 131 meters, which would convert to about 164° at 1040 kHz (assuming I did this right).

Thanks, that is not a bad height, even for a station much lower down the band than WHO.
So 227m/288m would be about 284°, just between 3/4 and 4/5 wavelengths high.
Are you aware that this Franklin replaced a Blau-Knox "diamond"?
