Could WGBH-TV Boston Allston Cambridge Channel 2 make available its TV transmission online, on the Web that folks with only a computer available might watch Channel 2 ?

And absorb additional fees for streaming any copyright music that might air? Not a chance.

WGBH, licensed to Boston, is now physically located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston. Former studios were in Allston, and Cambridge before that.
