Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

Hill City, MN (Aitkin County....barely) is the Mpls market yet they have all Duluth stations in HD. This is due to the lineup being for 3 cities (2 counties and 2 different DMA's)
Barnum (Carlton County-Duluth DMA)
Floodwood (St Louis County-Duluth)

http://patscomputers.net/SCI/channels.php?t=HillCity&p=B3

They do carry KCCW (CBS) and KAWE (PBS) from Bemidji/Walker area which is the Mpls market...but only in SD

Aitkin County could have easily been a split county if the DMA lines were divided by ZIP codes

The following are all Northland Cable systems:

Millport-Kennedy, AL (Lamar County - Greenville/Tupelo DMA) carries ABC, FOX, NBC, and PBS Birmingham in HD alongside the Greenville/Tupelo locals, but Mississippi PBS is missing (SD adds WVUA from Tuscaloosa): http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Millport-Kennedy.pdf

Aliceville, AL (Pickens County - Birmingham DMA) carries CBS, MNT, and NBC Columbus/Tupelo in HD alongside the Birmingham locals: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Aliceville Upgraded.pdf

Mt. Shasta, CA (Siskiyou County - Medford DMA) carries ABC and PBS Redding in HD alongside the Medford locals (no Medford PBS): http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Aliceville Upgraded.pdf

Yreka, CA (Siskiyou County - Medford DMA) carries ABC Redding in HD alongside the Medford locals (PBS is SD only and from Redding): http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Yreka.pdf

Swainsboro, GA (Emanuel County - Augusta DMA) carries CBS Savannah in HD instead of the Augusta affiliate. SD adds CBS and MNT Augusta and ABC and NBC Savannah: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Swainsboro.pdf

Edgefield, SC (Edgefield County - Augusta DMA) carries CW Greenville-Spartanburg in HD alongside the Augusta locals. SD adds MNT and WGGS (religious independent) from Greenville-Spartanburg and NBC Columbia: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Edgefield.pdf

Saluda, SC (Saluda County - Columbia DMA) carries CW Greenville-Spartanburg and FOX Augusta in HD instead of the Columbia locals for those networks. SD adds MNT and WGGS (religious independent) from Greenville-Spartanburg and ABC Augusta: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Saluda.pdf

Corsicana, TX (Navarro County - Dallas/Fort Worth DMA) carries CBS Waco in HD instead of DFW's local CBS affiliate. SD adds ABC and Telemundo Waco: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Corsicana.pdf

Mexia, TX (Limestone County - Waco DMA) carries ABC, FOX, NBC, and PBS Dallas in HD alongside of Waco's affiliates (instead of in the case of FOX and PBS). SD adds CBS, MNT, and KDFI (independent) from DFW: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Mexia.pdf. Fairfield (Freestone County - Waco DMA) has mostly the same lineup, but adds Telemundo HD from Dallas and CW SD from Dallas: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Fairfield.pdf [Fairfield MIGHT be in the DFW DMA, but it would still count]

Moses Lake, WA (Grant County - Spokane DMA) carries NBC Seattle in HD alongside the Spokane locals: http://www.yournorthland.com/syslineup/ChannelLineup_Moses Lake.pdf

Aitkin County was in the Duluth DMA until about 10 years ago. (there still is an analog translator west of the city of Aitkin that is for FOX KQDS Duluth)
I think in this case its more the channel listings are for 3 cities. Hill City is all of 600 people in the middle of nowhere. Satellite gives you Minneapolis stations. So if you had cable and then switch to satellite your locals change :)

Ritter Communications' Eastern Arkansas system covers parts of several counties in the Jonesboro and Memphis TV markets: http://rittercommunications.com/assets/pdfs/channel_guides/lineup_1.pdf?v=1460062006

Both Jonesboro and Memphis Big 4 are in HD, as well as CW and ION Memphis. SD adds ABC Little Rock (which seems to be carried in most of Arkansas), AETN, PBS and TBN Memphis, and two religious independents (one each from Jonesboro [actually a satellite of a Little Rock station] and Memphis). However, no PBS HD at all.

Cox's Northwest Arkansas systems (Fayetteville-Fort Smith DMA) carry ABC Tulsa in HD alongside the local Big Four: https://www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_nwark.pdf (Main system)
https://www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_siloam.pdf (Siloam Springs; CBS Tulsa added SD only and OETA added in SD and HD)
https://www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_ft_smith.pdf (Fort Smith; OETA also added in SD and HD)

Comcast Chase City-South Hill VA (Mecklenburg County - Raleigh-Durham DMA) also serves parts of Lunenburg County (Richmond DMA). All of Raleigh's network affiliates are carried in HD, along with PBS Richmond and UNCTV, while Richmond's Big 3 are SD only. SD also adds a religious independent from Raleigh.

BTW, the FCC's Cable Search says Chase City and the Lunenburg communities are served by a different company (Windjammer Cable), but Zap2it could only pull up Comcast. Google searches were of no use. Did Windjammer shut down its system there?
