WFNX, WFAT to end programming,simulcast River

Speaking of WFAT (I had posted this on the Massachusetts board as well), they had a construction permit for an FM translator. With the ending of programming on AM 700 along with the FM, both to rebroadcast The River, do you think they will sell the translator or keep it and move it elsewhere?
 
Yes I see via my HD portable they are. So is WBWL 101.7; mentioned on HD radio facebook group awhile back that 101.7 was and they should update their list of local stations in HD. They said they'd look into it but so far, no (and no listing of WXRV yet either)
