Scott Fybush States in this morning's NERW that Renda Broadcasting is upset that WAMO is going to be on 107.1 and WHJB is on 107.3, if my map measurements are correct the transmitters are exactly 29 miles apart. Should be a very interesting scenario.
The 107.3 is in addition to 100.1. 100.1 isn't going anywhere. Since they moved 107.1 further into Westmorland County years ago and given the terrain of the area I doubt that 250 watts on 107.3 from Forrest Hills will do any harm to even their secondary service contour.
Alex Langer hasn't owned what is now WAMO for several years. It is now owned by Radio Power, Inc. As xm41 reported, the new translator is in addition to 100.1.
