Cable systems located in one market that carry another market’s channels in HD

South Central Rural Telephone Co-op

Larue, Green and Nelson Counties (Louisville DMA) also carries ABC Bowling Green (but it says local only so must mean non duplicate programming). They also carry Bowling Green's KET affiliate instead of Louisville (but since its a state wide network its irrelevant). SD adds WKYU PBS in Bowling Green (the local one) and PBS Nashville

Barren, Hart, Metcalfe & Adair Counties (Bowling Green DMA) carries Louisville ABC, CBS, NBC (with blackouts in most of the counties) and Nashville CBS along side all Bowling Green stations. Nashville PBS in SD.

Monroe and Allen County (Nashville DMA) carries Louisville NBC & ABC, Bowling Green ABC & PBS (KET). SD adds WKYU (BG local PBS). Ironically in market ABC (WKRN) and Nashville PBS are in SD only

and as I've said before, zap2it isnt the "be all to end all" when it comes to listings (as I sit here looking at my market with 4 stations with wrong entries and 2 stations that are in the market not even listed ;)
 
Duo County Telecom (Kentucky)

Russell County (Lexington DMA) carries CBS and NBC Louisville in HD alongside Lexington's Big 4. SD adds CW and MNT Lexington.

Cumberland County (Nashville DMA) only has in-market FOX in HD, but carries Louisville's Big 3 and CBS Lexington.

All three systems have KET, WKYU, ABC Bowling Green and CW Louisville in SD.
 
Bevcomm Pine Island, MN (Goodhue Co/Mpls DMA) has ABC, FOX, NBC and CW from the Rochester market along with the Minneapolis locals (including both PBS stations). Couple notes
-WUCW CW Mpls is not carried at all
-KPXM (Ion) is SD only
-they carry TWO Heroes and Icons channels. KSTP-DT2 and KTTC-DT3
-PBS and CBS from Rochester/Mason City are not carried at all

Now I know someone will say it....yes TECHNICALLY the town is in both Pine Island and Olmstead County (the latter in the Rochester market) but I dont consider 2 snippets of roads that cross into Olmstead county as such when 99.999% is in Goodhue County :)

Charter in Zumbrota, MN (Goodhue County/Mpls DMA) due to a quirk only has KTCA PBS In HD. The rest are from Rochester, MN. They do get Mpls CBS, ABC, FOX in SD

This is due to the fact that the Rochester lineup (Olmstead Co/Rochester DMA) is also carried in Zumbrota.
The charter site is goofy as it says some channels are in both SD & HD but its the same number and/or the channel is only broadcast in SD.

HD locals carried (all are Rochester except noted)
780 KTCA - PBS <----Minneapolis
782 KTTC - NBC
784 KIMT - CBS
786 KAAL - ABC
787 KTTC - The CW
788 KXLT - FOX

Arvig Communications (multiple cities) Otter tail County (Fargo DMA) carried the Fergus Falls, MN PBS (K49FA) which is a translator of KWCM Appleton (Minneapolis DMA) in HD. SD adds KCCO Alexandria/Mpls (CBS)

Ritter Communications markets in Poinsett Co, Arkansas/Memphis DMA carries Jonesboro Big 4 in HD alongside Memphis

SD adds PBS Arkansas (not in HD) and religious
Note the only Jonesboro station that is in both HD & SD is KAIT ABC. The other 3 are in HD only
Here is Tyronza but cable in Weiner, Trumann, Marked Tree, Lepanto, Harrisburg and Fisher all show same lineup
