For HD, Zap2it has KXMA on 591 and 602, while midco.com has it on 602 only. No sign of CW HD on either site.
 
In Pinellas County, Bright House has all local networks in 2-13, including Bay News 9, but it's not considered a national cable channel since it's local. However WOW in Pinellas does have cable networks on 2-13.

That was a couple of real oddities. I understand QVC and HSN down there, but Jewelry Television as well? Same with that NH lineup carrying Boomerang on ch 10. Usually that is way up in the digital packages.
