iHeartRadio more like iHeartLies

Looks like iHeartRadio has been lying to us this time around. Now they require an account to listen to their stations, but this is only on the app. You still don't need an account on the iHeart website. This only counts on the app, I found this out, because there is no maybe later option or no thanks option anymore on the app. iHeart has said that you don't need an account to use the iHeartRadio app, but nope! They are lying. You do need an account on the app, but thankfully not on website. Is this a bug or something? iHeart secretly requires account as there is no mention of you needing to register to even use the app. iHeart, let people listen without having to register! I don't know if it's for both phones as I only have an Android.

In the login screen, it asks to either log in or create an account, and no maybe later option, where I would skip logging in so the Note 4 version (I guess) requires a login, unlike other versions on other phones, here is a snapshot from my smartphone, see that there is no maybe later option or something like that.

You also may be using a different version of the app. The version you want is called iheartradio Family. The family edition doesn't require a login or account. See below from their FAQ:

What is iHeartRadio Family?

The iHeartRadio Family app is free, easy-to-use and features music from today's most popular acts like Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato....

Do I need to register for an account to use iHeartRadio Family?

No account is required to use iHeartRadio Family. Simply download the app and enjoy the music!

How do skips work on iHeartRadio Family?

iHeartRadio Family allows 6 skips per hour, per station, for up to 15 skips per day across all Non-LIVE stations. Skip songs by swiping from...

No, not that. I wanted or I meant the real iHeartRadio that everybody knows and loves. So it's not a different version, I was talking about the original iHeart app.

Nope, I used what you said and it didn't work, there is no help button, and when i uninstalled it and reinstalled it, same result, iHeart really does require an account nowadays, as I used it before with no need to register or log in. It still forces me to log in.

If you don't see a help link, there's something wrong. They don't require an account unless you want their deluxe version. Maybe your phone only allows that version.
