Signals from one side to another

Driving around Fresno, its apparent that there are some signals that are better received on certain sides of Fresno. What signals sound good in south Fresno but difficult to receive on the north side of town? And vice-versa what signals are great in the north side of town but degrade the further south you go? Points of reference I used is Kings Canyon and Clovis and Herndon and Golden State.

KABX sounds good in NW Fresno, but by the time you arrive in Sunnyside (Folwer and Kings Canyon lets say), the signal is a little anemic. The reverse seems true for those stations on Blue Ridge(with KJUG holding its own the best) in NW Fresno.

99.7 sounds pretty good in southeast (Sunnyside) Fresno, but not good in NW Fresno, but it is very good as you climb the 1000' level on Highway 41.
