So guess who's back at Warm?

None other than...Lisa Adams. But not as PD. This time she's Promotions Director.

What's this, her third time at the Factoria farm? I gotta give her a lotta credit - it takes guts to go back to a company that fired you twice.

In this market, everyone has a very tough time recruiting people of talent. Lisa, who I don't know, may have found what she really likes to do and what her real talents are. Her strengths just may have taken a few jobs to figure out. I'd give both station management and Lisa credit in this case. Good luck to her...

It's also possible they were looking for some programming chops in a promotions person. She could be the best of the applicants for the position, we'll never know. That doesn't discount the fact the optics are bad on this. In a time when radio could use fresh ideas, hiring someone for the third time is an odd choice.
 
Hubbard is like the Hotel California of Seattle radio. People check out all the time, but they never really leave.
 
With pink champagne on ice, that can be a problem.
