Johnny Dark, Very Cool 60s DJ Dead

Seems to me that at one time there might have been four people using the name Johnny Dark. WNBC had one for a while. I think there was one on the west coast as well.

This guy apparently spent his whole career in the Baltimore-DC area.
 
He was a big deal, and if you read the article you will find that he was so and where he worked.

I read the article and just about all the stations were in either DC, Baltimore, or that general area. I didn't see WNBC New York there, and I know they had a Johnny Dark there for a few years.
