As a result of this incident I would not be surprised if the Denver area TV and even radio stations will begin to crack down on what their employees do on their own time whether its something illegal such as this or even something that is legal but still questionable such as that guy whose profile I saw on the Growlr phone app last year not only showing nude photos of himself ( which is a no no on that app BTW ) but even going as far as mentioning in his profile that he is an employee of KUSA 9 News !! He even included a pic of himself taken on the set of 9 News right beside another pic of himself naked in a hot tub with another naked man smoking a joint. Try doing THAT in many other markets and just see how long he/she would remain in the broadcast biz.
