Wbeb hd2 is now all christmas

They are now ID'ing, WBEB and WBEB HD, no mention of the HD2, and the readout reads the 80's Channel, between the Christmas songs, tags and title and artist info. Makes me wonder if anyone's minding the store lol. Is it illegal to not mention your listening to an HD2, when you are, does the FCC really care.

The Legal ID rule doesn't specify that you have to say "HD2."

It says you have to identify that you're broadcasting digitally. How you do that is open to interpretation; different counsel advise different things.

The other HD2's I usually listen to use the HD2, example WMGK HD2 Philadelphia, same with WOGL HD2, WRFF HD2, WIP HD3 ID's as WIP HD3 (WYSP).

And has anyone been cited and penalized in the 10 or so years HD has been with us to set some sort of legal precedent?
