His name is Corey Kluber, Softy

For almost two years now, I've had to listen to Dave Mahler constantly complain about Corey Kluber winning the 2014 Cy Young Award instead of Felix Hernandez. And it was a running joke where Mahler would call him "Corey 'What's his name'" and express disbelief that he beat out Felix for the Cy Young.

Well Dave, on the off chance you actually read this board, tonight Corey Kluber showed the whole world why he was the 2014 Cy Young Winner. He's about to win a Word Series ring, and you're buddy Felix, whose body is falling apart and continues to lose velocity with every season, is about to go down as the best pitcher to never appear in the post-season.

While you raise some valit points here, I'm not sure I would go that far yet. I thought I heard Hernandez signed a multi-year deal just a couple years ago, and with the Mariners having the season they did this year, I wouldn't count them out for post-season contention next year. Keep in mind too that it's only game 1. Go Cubs!

Why don't you speak or message to him directly about it?

Softy has long been the most "East Coast" radio host in Seattle sports, so his sometimes inflammatory style isn't a shock.

A successful talk show host, be it sports, general news or politics, gets noticed by being "inflammatory" and pissing some people off. Doesn't matter what coast you're on or from.
