Christmas in Vermont - a movie on ION

My Mom and I watched a movie on ION last night called "Christmas in Vermont". It was a good movie. I just wanted to bring up a funny observation. There was a scene where two characters walked past a movie theater and the marquee telling the name of the movie that was showing said "A Prince for Christmas". It just so happens that next Sunday at 7PM ION is showing the movie "A Prince for Christmas". I know sometimes shows and movies do this but my Mom and I thought it was funny. These 2 movies must have the same producers.

Interesting. In 'Dirty Harry' a marquee behind Clint Eastwood showed 'Play Misty for Me'. That came out in 1971 so it's a trick that's been used for awhile.

The Producer/Director of both "Christmas in Vermont" and "A Prince For Christmas" is none other than Skinamax king, Fred Olan Ray! - Although since 2013, he has done the occasional Christmas themed family film. "Vermont" is his first film made for ION, "Prince" was a Starz Original film from 2015.

I don't even think you'd get ION in Vermont without cable, come to think about it! The closest stations I know of are channel 21 from Concord, NH (satellite of channel 68 Boston) and channel 55 of Amsterdam, NY in the Albany/Schenectady, NY market.
