New LPFMs in Conroe on the air?

According to lpfmdatabase.com, the two City of Conroe LPFM stations are on the air:

KZCC 106.1, 7 watts at 112 meters, located in the SW part of the city about 3/4 mile west of I-45

KZCW 104.5, 8 watts at 103 meters, located a couple of miles west of Willis.

No chance of hearing them in Houston with the co-channel stations here, but worth checking out if you are up in that area.
