The CBS Radio name

So the deal is that Entercom can use the CBS Radio name for up to the next 12 months. (I assume that's also CBS Radio News.) And the call letters for the "CBS" stations, KCBS, WCBS, WCBS-FM, will be good for 20 years.
CBS Radio Sports branding will be good through 2020.

Now. I'm guessing that doesn't mean call letters will have to change and "CBS Radio News" will be rebranded in 12 months. I would think it's what's INCLUDED in the deal. So after a year, Entercom could come back to CBS and ask "how much" to renew the okay to use the CBS branding for another year or 2 or 3. It will just cost them.

The call letters, with 20 years, pretty much mean nothing. Over 20 years, "WCBS Newsradio 880" could easily just morph into "Newsradio 880". CBS-FM 101 can also easily phase out the call letters. But I can't see CBS Radio News going away in a year and being rebranded to something else.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

UPDATE: Just few thoughts. Who "owns" CBS Radio News? I know it's distributed by Westwood, which is owned by Cumulus. Any idea who the employees get their paychecks from? Maybe this won't be affected by the deal?

Speaking of radio name; Any news on what will happen with Radio.com? It's the service that CBS used for it's stations primarily. What will happen to the mobile app and websites associated with it?

Interestingly Entercom holds two stations that claim to be the First Radio Station in the USA. KCBS San Francisco and KDKA Pittsburgh if the deal goes through.
