What evidence to you have that the owners and operators of WCEO are "illegals" (by which I assume you mean "undocumented immigrants")?

Yes, if they are running at night, they are violating FCC rules. The solution is often a simple call or email to the station; if that fails, notification of WHAS and the FCC.
 
They're just plugged in to Laraza all night. They don't run any id's or local spots. SO, what is the point of operating? I can tell you SCE&G power bills are not cheap!
