Exactly, and that's what I've been saying throughout this thread.
The fact is that CNN is just a small part of Time Warner, and if it becomes a problem, I see no reason why they wouldn't sell it or spin it off. The fact that CNN is consolidating its office space to the Techwood campus in Atlanta might be part of that. I'd suggest that if the president inserts himself into a merger like this for his own personal reasons, that might be grounds for a lawsuit.
