Cable systems that do not carry all network affiliates from their home DMA

This is inspired by a similar thread on the Michigan Radio & TV Buzzboard:
http://www.mibuzzboard.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=552477#p552477

This thread, as the title says, is specifically about any cable system, even MATV ones that only serve one particular building, that does not carry all of the network affiliates (specifically the Big Four, PBS, The CW and My Network) from the television DMA in which the system is situated in.

An MATV system at a senior complex in Temperance, which is located in the Detroit DMA (as is all of Monroe County) despite being right next to Toledo, only carries WXYZ, WJBK and WKBD from Detroit. The remaining networks are only available from Toledo and even WJBK is carried alongside WUPW.

There is also the WOW headend in Perry, which is in Shiawassee County, the entirety of which is part of the Flint-Saginaw-Bay City DMA though it is much closer to Lansing. However, the only stations from that DMA that are carried on this system are WSMH and WAQP, the rest of the networks are all from the Lansing DMA.

There are isolated examples on other threads here, patricularly the "Worst Cable Systems" thread.

Most of Comcast's systems in Sanilac County (Detroit DMA) don't carry in-market CBS or PBS but carry the Big Three and PBS from Flint-Saginaw (ABC and NBC are seen from both Detroit and Flint-Saginaw).

Spectrum in Athol, MA (Worcester County [barely] - Boston DMA) doesn't carry WBTS (NBC Boston), but does carry pretty much every other station from the Boston market PLUS all the Springfield stations (Athol does border Franklin County, which is in the Springfield DMA).

Suckyvision oh I mean Cablevision in Kzoo carried WKBD which was Michigan's superstation I think they took it off in fall of 93 but I'm not sure on that as I didn't have Cablevision at the time. WKBD was the only out DMA station as TBS & WGN were superstations from Cablevision days. Adelphia which was mainly on the west side of town where I have lived all my life in older neighborhoods had 2 choices in cable I had Adelphia in 88 or 89 before I moved in March 96 they had FOX47 out of Lansing, WNDU NBC, WSBT CBS both South Bend, along with WGN & TBS, WWOR before they became a UPN station went dark on New Years Eve in 94.

I imagine the Fort Wayne stations have lost a lot of their cable coverage with Lima having all 4 networks, and the other counties getting Toledo or Dayton.

Midco Le Center, MN (Le Seuer County/Minneapolis DMA) does not carry WUCW CW or KPXM Ion (not even the national feed) yet carries locals from 3 markets
-Minneapolis (all in HD sans the 2 missing ones)
-KEYC CBS Mankato (but not FOX sub)
-KAAL ABC, KTTC NBC and KSMQ PBS from Austin/Rochester, MN

https://www.midco.com/ChannelLineup/WritePdfToOutputStream?franchiseNumber=387

2 KTCA - PBS
3 CNN
4 WCCO - CBS
5 KSTP - ABC
6 Community Bulletin Board
7 KAAL - ABC
8 KSMQ - PBS
9 KMSP - FOX
10 KTTC - NBC
11 KARE - NBC
12 KEYC - CBS
13 WFTC - MNT
14 KSTC - IND

All of these systems are in Calhoun County TX (Houston DMA).

Spectrum Port O'Connor: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
Only Houston's Big 3, PBS and MNT are carried, along with ABC and FOX Victoria.

Spectrum Seadrift: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
Has Corpus Christi's Big 3 and PBS, plus ABC and FOX Victoria.

CableOne Port Lavaca: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
Same situation as Spectrum Port O'Connor, but also has Univision Victoria.

Runestone Telecom (Elbow Lake, Herman, Hoffman, Wendell, Barrett)......They're still in the Minneapolis DMA

They dropped WUCW CW last year. For some reason I remember when KVLY Fargo added the CW to their KXJB-LD signal they "claimed" Elbow Lake (and the rest of the headend) would get Fargo CW on Channel 3 even though its not in the DMA (Runestone carries KVLY NBC and has for years). That wasnt the case and Runestone put Cowboy Channel in the slot.

They also dont carry Ion

Unless said subchannel is affiliated with a major network (Big Four, CW, MNT)

Isnt that what the title is for?
Cable systems that do not carry all network affiliates from their home DMA

The issue is if we listed diginets Matty Boy would post about every miniscule station that CCI, Google Fibre and whatever cable companies are near Kansas City dont carry like he does in EVERY other thread
