KZKC goes Silent

Kettleman City - KZKC - 89.9 FM has gone Silent and is preparing to relocate the main transmitter site to Flattop Mountain + 2000 AMSL, 7 miles SW of Avenal. The new site will be able to include more than one Class B FM stations with a very extended coverage area.

+2000 AMSL ? But what is the HAAT? We dont see any app to move there. So what's the anticipated ERP?
 
HAAT about + 230 Meters and ERP of about 5 to 10 KW. Just waiting to see what happens to KSVG 89.7 in Mettler which lost their transmitter site and is now silent. Could mean a better ERP for Kettleman City.
