Myfoxhouston

I know I'm late, WAYYYYYYY late. But just noticed that FOX 26 KRIV dropped the MYFOXHOUSTON slogan and website and its now fox26houston.com.

Who's dumb idea was that to use The myfoxhouston name? Noticed other fox stations had the myfox name too.

Glad they did that, having said that now I can talk about the real reason I wrote this. What's up with KTXH? My network tv? That name kinda sounds lame to me.

I can imagine someone saying "dude you should watch this show on my network tv".

That name doesn't really have a good name.

My Network TV was created several years ago when UPN and WB merged to create CW. Many former UPN affiliates picked up My Network TV to fill the void in network (prime time) programming. That is what happened in Nashville, TN with WUXP (UPN to My Network TV) and WNAB (WB to CW).

But why that lame sounding name? My network tv??
