They're moving it around.
Can anyone confirm whether or not it's on the air and what it's playing, and what is 93.5 FM their other station playing? Last I heard 93.5 was left on with dead air.
 
I've never heard 96.9. Assuming you mean95.9 based on your link. They're outta here. Apparently built in Houston. Haven't been on in CC in a while

Running some type of Tejano. I believe they are claiming to rebroadcast KXTM Benavides. Not technically possible, legally.

Yeah, that one. K240CW. It's supposedly rebroadcasting KBNJ.

Maybe it's rebroadcasting the KROB translator on 94.3. Do they match? Or is 93.5 giving an ID for another station?
 
I take that back I bet 93.5's rebroadcasting Magic 104.9, if it's on the air after Harvey.

Same owners...
