Unless Sinclair owns radio stations anywhere near Atlanta, I doubt it.
If any of my beliefs or arbitrary deadlines meant nothing, then I wouldn't have read an article about the Media Bureau requesting for information from Sinclair by October 5th about their divestitures.
What are you smoking? Radio is a business, and this Oct. 5 date is about TV.
Maybe Hubbard would be interested in Sinclair's TV and radio stations.

Everybody has radio fantasies. In fact, people are talking about who will acquire Entercom's spinoffs in Seattle once their merger with CBS Radio closes.

Or near Milwaukee, where Cumulus has its roots. Cumulus originally intended to be a mid to small sized market owner similar to Townsquare Media, Alpha Media, and SummitMedia. Their subsequent purchases of Susquehanna and Citadel lead them into becoming a larger market player.
