New translator in Seguin on 90.3

One of the old Radio Ola translators is now in control of Guel and his friends and wants to move to Seguin TX to rebroadcast KZIC from Hondo. I expect this one to try to move closer to SA soon, assuming they're granted. Look out San Antonio!
