Ownership rules in the Springfield Market

I was wondering what the ownership rules are in the Springfield Market.

i-Heart has 3 stations. 2-FM and 1-AM (93.1, 100.9, and 560)

Cumulus has 2 station. 1-FM and 1-AM. (94.7 and 1450)

Entercom has 1 FM (105.5)

Saga has 2 FMs and 1 AM (99.3, 102.1, and 1600)

Full Power Radio has 2 AMs (1270 and 1490. I was told translators don't count towards ownership caps).

106.3 is independently owned.

730 is owned by Carter Broadcasting. (Why didn't they get a translator?)

Is 1250 considered part of the Springfield Market? I understand it's about half way between Springfield and Worcester and doesn't cover either market well. (As the now defunct Mega Broadcasting found out the hard way).

Did I forget anyone?

It's situated in the eponymous town of Ware. According to radio-locator, WARE has a CP for a 200-watt translator at 97.7 MHz in "Springfield."
