Why doesn't Pop air The CW shows?

Why doesn't Pop air repeats of current The CW shows like The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow etc as it's owned by CBS? Like the air repeats of The Bold and The Beautiful? Even older shows from The WB like Everybody Hates Chris, Gilmore Girls, Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries? Isn't this channel meant to be aimed at the younger audiences and it shows repeats of ER? If they had next day repeats of shows like The Flash wouldn't it get better ratings? It's owned by CBS which own the CW.

cause CW is co-owned by Warner Brothers/Time Warner and CBS and Pop is co-owned by Lionsgate and CBS.

plus these shows in order to air on Pop, they need Pop to sign up for basic cable syndication rights.
 
I remember Pop aired 90210 spin that was on The CW from 08-13 I don't think they ever aired all the EP's thou guessing that it wasn't doing good in the ratings as why they haven't aired for a couple years.
