WIYQ 1620/ 100.3

What is the power of 100.3 FM? In driving near Saxonburg I was unable to pick it up.

A part 15 FM would have a range of less than 1/6 of a mile. Part 15 AM's can have a range of more than a mile in ideal conditions.
To answer your question on the power of the FM. It would be less than 50 milliwatts.

FCC rules limit FM part 15 to 250 microvolts at 3 meters, this works out to less than 1mw into a 1/2 wave dipole. Coverage is limited to about 200 feet or so.
