WBZ-AM's imaging voice

Would someone tell me who does the majority of the on-air ads heard on WBZ-AM? There's one ad in particular for a roofing company that goes something like this:

"The long, cold winter could be very tough on your roof. Show your roof you give a shingle!"

Whose voice is that, please? I also hear that same female voice for many other ads and promos.

Thanks.

your roof you give a shingle!"

That's really clever.
I don't know who did the read but you can ask Morgan (he has guests this evening so probably after M) and he'd likely know.

Amp of course now has a separate owner, Entercom

Does that matter? In Connecticut WFSB Channel 3 Weather Man/Co-Host of Better Connecticut Scot Haney does commercials for "Middlebury Consignment" and "Advanced Window Systems" and the commercials are airing on both WFSB (Owned by Merideth) and WTNH Channel 8 (owned by Nexstar).

It's Lauren, as Ms. Raye is a woman. Loren is a rather uncommon male name, but so familiar to Boston listeners that I can see it being thought of as the only spelling of the name, male or female,

Oh, yes, she IS a woman, but both the AMP 103.3 website and her twitter stream show her first name as "Loren". Looks nothing like "Loren" (half of "The Loren and Wally Morning Show") on 105.7 WROR!

It sometimes depends on who pays. If the sponsor is paying, then it might not matter. If she was getting the work because she was in-house, then it will change.

I believe Ms Raye also has her own voice-over business. Moreover, she was part of the Elvis Duran morning show on iHeart's Z-100 in NYC, so I'm hoping she still gets to do ads and other v-o's for 'BZ.
