93.9 PLAY FM Panama City moving frequencies AGAIN?

Does anyone know why there is a construction permit for W225AG/Panama City to move to 93.1? They JUST moved this translator from 93.9 to 92.9 and I see no benefit of a move to 93.1, however I am not an engineer. (I saw the CP listed on Radio Locator)

There might of been a interference complaint or 93.1 might be a channel will less co-channel and ducting interference.

"Unexpected interference during certain atmospheric conditions from WBLX" in Mobile.

I can believe it. We get several Panama City stations booming in here in the Mobile area like locals when tropo is acting up.

I've been paying attention to 93BLX on and off since 1986ish.
BLX is probably the last of the Big Signals from Mobile/Pensacola that provide a unique format to distant communities.
It's always covered Highway 98 from Mobile to PCB.

This is no surprise.

The question here is: Why even sign on 92.9 before moving to 93.1?

Confirmed by promos on the air and on their Facebook page - 92.9 Play FM to move to 93.1 on March 1st.
