New station 11.4 Quest they are just running a Promo saying coming in January bad pick of 11 since they are running with 40% to 50% less power since the hurricane.

Tegna stations (most of them) are carrying it at launch. Since KHOU is owned by Tegna....well you figure it out ;)
 
Yes but the are still running like 40% less power till they get into a permanent location
