Did anyone notice the new KPNX ad touting the "experience" of its news team. They starts with Kent Dana, Jineane Ford, and Lin Sue Cooney and, then, move to the current team of Mark, Caribe, Joe, Tram, etc. It seems ironic to me because they have systematically rid themselves of their longtime reporters over the years. Yet they are now touting their "experience".

Yes, considerable experience is needed to sound personable, natural and credible.
Perhaps they should put themselves to the "I-verify" test.........
...from one of their "straight-out-of-college-looking" reporters???
No mention of Ray Thompson, Leeeenda Alvarez, Patti Kirkpatrick (yeah, I know she's better known from her years at Channel 3, but still...), Bill Denney, or Dewey Hopper? BLASPHEMY!!!!
And they didn't mention Neeecole Herrrrrnaaandezzzzz-Cunningham either.
Perhaps there is more than one promo on this. I was watching Olympic coverage
and during it they had Kent Dana and Leeenda Alvarez both commenting on news
today. There were photos of Bill Denney, Dewey and the entire news team at
the time..........
