KXTT 94.9 off the air?

For the past day, KXTT 94.9 from Maricopa/Taft has been off the air. Does anyone know why?

Interestingly, here in Bakersfield, usually the only way to listen to KBOS 94.9 (B95) from Tulare is with HD Radio. But for now at least, I can listen to their analog signal as well.
 
Well that didn't last long... as of late morning, KXTT was back on the air.

I still get KBOS' digital signal on the west side of town.
