Radio Dabang on 99.5?

While driving along Beltway 8 north of 290 this evening I was hearing Radio Dabang on 99.5. No sign of the usual NGEN on the frequency. So has K258BZ flipped? Anyone in SW Houston that can check 99.5? This could also be K258DA licensed to Barrett, Texas, between Mont Belvieu and Dayton, but that might be too far, and Radio-Locator does not indicate a parent station. Signal of Dabang on 99.5 is consistent with what I usually get from K258BZ (NGEN.)

Meanwhile Radio Dabang continues on the 105.3 translator.
 
Maybe La Mejor is coming back? Maybe CENTRO CRISTIANO is leasing KTWL and will also be on the translator?
 
I’m in the HEIGHTS and can hear Dabang But I can also hear it a country station Madelyn on 99.5 FM
 
105.3 and 99.5 are not broadcasting the same thing 99.5 FM has a Talk to Joe right now playing commercials at 105.3 is playing music. The country station is playing commercials from Louisiana so might be tropho tunneling

I meant I can listen to a country station battling on 99.5. And 99.5 has a long delay not sure how long of a delay. Because 105.3 was playing music while 99.5 Dabang has commercials.
 
Mrtejano is correct about the country station and tropo tunneling. Most likely KNGT, formerly ‘The Lake’ and now a country station out of Lake Charles.
 
It’s definitely Radio Debang. I’m sitting in the parking lot at work (45 & Gulf Bank). Decent signal here.

...and it doesn't have to tunnel very far to get there. With the most recent "upgrades", it regularly reaches Mont Belvieu and often to the East Sam Houston depending on conditions.

It used do be a daily catch for me before the annoying translator invasion took over Houston.

91.7 covers the area pretty decently, other than the rather rural areas. Having an Indian format on 99.5 with its current signal serves the targeted area rather well.

You are on to something. All their station logos containing 105.3 are now gone from their website. Same for their Facebook (except for a post that announced the simulcast). Seems like they're rolling with "99.5"

And their page now says RADIO DABANG 99.5.

Wonder if the possible dropping of Dabang on 105.3 would have something to do with Sangeet Radio disappearing from 103.5?

Might be a bit of a stretch to think that 105.3 could be the second FM frequency for Puro Tejano...???
