Old country on 87.9???

It’s IDing as KNUZ and KNDR (sounds like anyway) FM 106. Sound quality is horrible. Kinda like listening to a radio with a blown out speaker.
KNUZ is a Roy Henderson station. What’s up wit dat?

I listened to the station for a little while during my commute yesterday. The unmentionable one is back with XxxCountry. Audio fairly decent when I checked.

The FCC might get around to busting this transmitter one of these centuries.

It's probably Joe working with the notorious Cesar Guel. I just about know for a fact the two work together on TV channel 38.9.
