Construction permit for 94.5 FM south of San Antonio

It looks like S Content Marketing LLC has a construction permit for 94.5 FM in Three Rivers, TX. But it's directional with almost no power to the Northwest I assume to protect 94.5 FM Sports station in San Antonio. That doesn't mean it won't make it into town partially at night sometimes though does it?

Filed by a one Roy E. Henderson. Lot's of talk about him in the Houston forum. I don't think his translator will be approved though, and even if it is approved, it won't effect the current 94.5 ESPN.

It's the other way around. Roy Henderson's got a full power station. ESPN's using a translator on the same channel. RH's full power station got approved, but that doesn't mean it will affect ESPN.

In case anyone's wondering last time I was in the area I tuned by 94.5 FM. This was like July of last year. It was on but at very, very low power and broadcasting some good Texas Red Dirt country music. The volume on the transmitter just was a bit too loud so it was distorted.
