It's a 10 watt translator for KREH which has a successful Asian format and is also owned by Amador Bustos.

Bustos also does Asian programming in Dallas and does ethnic programming in Portland, too.

Umm...what medium did you use to read DavidEduardo's answer? Please, enlighten us. When you figure out the flaw in your logic, let us know.

The point is, a simple search would have answered your question.
