1710 NJ fixed alert station in MA

Last night in Danvers MA I got what is apparently a fixed alert station from Hudson County NJ, on 1710.
An online list of such stations confirms it. (We have such a station in nearby Peabody MA that runs a loop of PSAs but is activated during winter storms, etc with parking ban info. That is, such PSA programming gives way to alert info when necessary.

I've picked it up too. The signal can be very strong some nights for only 10 watts at 200+ miles. There aren't any other stations to interfere with it, except an occasional pirate.
