WILD is now on the air at 2:00 AM with Chinese programming, I just heard the ID. When did they get nighttime authorization?

I believe all of the transmitter operations are done through automation. Power up/down, sign-on/off.
I don't think anyone is paying attention, and my guess is they stayed on (accidentally) without night-time authorization. (Although I believe they have "ritical hours" authorization.
Boston is within the 750 mile protection afforded Baltimore's WBAL (1090AM).
I was always amazed when WILD shut off their transmitter how WBAL came booming into the Boston Area.
I would hear things like other stations in the background on WRKO 680 in the time before sunset, especially in winter.Maybe no critical hours for them, just day and night signals. They switch direction at sunset (you can hear at sunset a slight disconnect-reconnect)
WRKO had some transmitter issues a couple of years back, and when they dropped off in PM Drive during Howies show...I was amazed at how strong the Canadian station showed up in their absence.....in the city (It was Wintertime)! It I recall it was a Canadian news station. Again, I was not in the periphery of WRKO's signal..but right downtown.
